O MAWÉ, O GUARANÁ E O INVENTAR DA VIDA

Resumo

RESUMO: Esse trabalho aborda o processo de construção da identidade Mawé, a partir da historicidade do território; dos símbolos; ritos, ligados à produção cultural do guaraná e suas formas de se relacionar e compreender o mundo. Para tanto, utlizou fontes bibliográficas; experiência de campo com observações, vivências e oralidade a fim de compreender o mito do guaraná e o significado na vida daquele povo.

ABSTRACT: This work addresses the process of construction of the Mawé identity, based on the historicity of the territory; of symbols; rites, linked to the cultural production of guaraná and its ways of relating and understanding the world. To do so, it used bibliographic sources; field experience with observations, experiences and orality in order to understand the myth of guaraná and the meaning in the life of that people
